Born in North Carolina, Nancy H. Williard, returned in 2014 after twenty years in California’s Eastern Sierra mountains. A librarian, educator, editor, and writer, she has worn many hats. Her pieces can be found in Black Earth Institute, Southern Women’s Review, Long Story Short, Delta Women Ezine, and HelmetHair Magazine. She will receive her MFA from Queens University of Charlotte in May 2020 where she is working on a young adult novel about foster children.
